Nice...but I'd prefer the textured ones!
Personally, I think "textured" is now quite obsolete.
Maybe her dollification is the effect of her having lived away from nature. Also, maybe the fact that she's a child, and not a woman suggests the future. Global warming, is a guess. The rain clouds gathering above the black building and the birds flying in the opposite direction, the same in which the little girl floats, could mean that.
What I first noticed, though, is the nutshell. A maximized nutshell is quite an eye catcher. Makes me think this fits with her dollification so as to suggest a small-sized escape. Maybe a small-sized hope?
It leaves a great impression nonetheless.
